The customer service is good only when they are about to get your money. After the sale is full service neglect. Stay clear of this company. They lie to get the sale and never fulfill their promises. I hope all of their consumers ban together for a class action lawsuit to shut down these thieves.

bought a sofa set at the sofa mart--guess the name shold have told me somthing--bought 3 pieces---by the 1st week from just sitting on the cushions then went flat--framing of the sofa was so bad when i leaned on one of the arms the board broke. Their items are so cheapy made i will never shop there aagin--it is like they found an old shofa thrown away and just reuphostered it---they suck lost bout 1800 dollars of my hard earned dollars for trash

just received my kids' bedroom sets, everything was great! we have bought all our furniture the past several years from furniture row, and we have only had one problem the whole time. they ordered our entertainment center and a panel on the back was cracked where it couldn't be seen. they told us before they delivered it. they apologized and said if we could live with it they would give us a discount or they could order us a replacement if we wanted to use the damaged one. after having the piece delivered we looked it over and decided it looked fine and they gave us a discount. that's the only problem we ever had with any of the furniture. a friend of mine who bought a desk at furniture row said his kids broke the keyboard tray years after they bought it and they replaced it for free. we'll keep buying from furniture row.

My first purchase was a pair of couches that I love....They even came in early. Since I had a nice experience I returned to purchase a table. The promised date came and went with no call. When I called, the guy said "well, lets see what we have in stock. Okay, we have one and I'll put your name on it." Shouldn't my name have already been put on one??? The table arrived damaged and they ordered a second table for us which arrived about a week later. That table is also slightly damaged but I went with it. That wasn't such a bad experience and I decided to return again - this time to purchase additional chairs for my table. Well, here I am 1.5 months after ordering them and I'm still waiting. The promised date has come and gone and nothing. I have to call them and keep checking - they say maybe another month. During my additional chairs promised period, I actually returned to buy some more furniture. I purchased a bunk bed and to my amazement, it was in stock...that is everything but the slats. Therefore, I can't use the bunk beds until the slats arrive - we are now passed our promised date. When I purchased the original couches, I did have a horrible experience with the customer service reps at the financing center. I tried multiple times to change my address with zero success and the customer service rep procedded to tell me I was doing it wrong (seriously???). They were extremely rude. I'm not sure I will return to Furniture Row. I really dislike needed to wait such long periods of time to receive my merchandise and then receiving no notification the item is delayed. Honestly, I think YOU have to call and catch the merchandise in time - before they hand them all out. Overall, I can't say I'm satisfied.

I ordered a dining room and china cabinet, they both came in damaged, but they delivered it any ways... and then they ordered me another one (checking it in the store) and it was damaged....then the fourth try...3 months after ordering it....they weren't calling us and letting us know what was going on, my husband would call and they would say they would call us after 3, but never would. They scheduled 4 different times to bring us the replacement table and cabinet, but never showed up any of those times, and didn't call to let us know they weren't coming. So we stayed at home several times, then would end up calling them and they would say that it was damaged again. So finally we went up to the store to see what was going on, and they told us that we already recieved the table and cabinet, I said not the replacement, and they had put in the computer we had and were refusing to do order us another one, finally the manager came out and we got a full refund...worst business ever.
